BUILDING INFO

Front Doors Are LOCKED:

To ensure everyone’s safety, the building remains locked. Only guests with confirmed appointments may enter by service provider. Please arrive at the front door at your scheduled time, and I will let you in.

 

APPOINTMENT

Thorough Consultation: An in-depth 10 minute consultation will be performed before every service to give professional and realistic recommendations to meet your goals. 

 

​Pick me Ups: Complimentary Saratoga Spring Water, organic tea, LOR Coffee and Champagne is offered during all services. Also seasonal gourmet snacks.

 

Rituals: Set the mood by picking your own music, relax with a hot neck towel, every appointment has an added scalp massage and more.

AFTER CARE

Elyse Colour offers and recommends professional aftercare products to maintain the health, recovery and longevity of your hair colour. These products are for purchase at your appointment. Elyse Colour also offers a wide variety of professional products online, visit the SHOP page on the drop down menu. â€‹

 

Maintenance/ Home Hair Care Products: To make sure you have all the information you need before leaving the salon, we will go over any questions you may have on maintenance on your new colour at home routine. Elyse Colour will also text links to products after your appointment, teach you how to style and care for your so you always feel like you have that sleek salon look.

WASHING BEFORE + AFTER

Elyse Colour recommends coming into your hair appointment with clean dry hair. Dry shampoo, gels, hairspray etc, could hinder your colour service. Root Retouch appointments for grey coverage will not work if you have root color spray or root color spray residue on your hair. It is highly recommended you don't wash your hair or add dry shampoo to your hair for 48/72 hours after your colour service.
