CANCELLATION/LATE
Elyse Colour requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee of the scheduled appointment. The card on file will be charged or invoice will be sent to email and phone number on client file. This fee must be paid before a future appointment can be booked.
If an appointment runs more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled, which will incur a cancellation fee. Or if agreed to keep late appointment, I will do my best to service what I can within the remaining time. If possible, I’ll complete as much of the service as time allows.

SERVICE AND PRODUCT
All Services and Products are Final Sale and Non Refundable. Elyse Colour strives to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their hair services. If for any reason a client is not happy with their hair, they must notify Elyse Colour within 72 hours of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the next appointment being payable.
​IN SALON
One person per appointment, please do not bring any extra guests.
Due to Safety, Liability and Sanitary reasons Elyse Colour kindly asks you to not bring children and/or animals to your appointment.

​CLOTHING & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Elyse Colour is not responsible for clothing or other personal items being damaged during your appointment. Although Elyse Colour is a clean sanitary suite, transformations require a lot of colour. Reframe from wearing sweaters, turtle necks, white etc. For extra precaution Elyse Colour offers a clean robe for each client before all colour services.
PAYMENT
Elyse Colour Accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash. Service total must be paid in full at your appointment.
