CANCELLATIONS & APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Elyse Colour requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to an appointment.
Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. The card on file may be charged for the applicable fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment may be scheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Services are reserved for a specific amount of time based on the service booked. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule if there is no longer adequate time to safely and properly complete the scheduled service. This will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. The service will not be rushed, shortened, or altered in a way that may compromise the quality or integrity of the final result due to a late arrival.
PAYMENT & FINAL SALE
Elyse Colour accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash. The remaining service balance is due in full at the time of your appointment. All completed services and retail product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
GUEST POLICY
Appointments are reserved exclusively for the scheduled client. One person per appointment. Please do not bring children, friends, family members, or additional guests to your appointment.
CLOTHING & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Colour services may involve lightener, permanent colour, demi-permanent colour, and other professional products that may stain or damage clothing or personal belongings. Please avoid wearing white or light-colored clothing, sweaters, turtlenecks, bulky collars, or valuable clothing to your appointment.
Elyse Colour provides each client with a clean robe and professional cape for additional protection; however, Elyse Colour is not responsible for staining or damage to clothing or personal belongings brought into the studio
